This is an ad calling people to join an event in Tel Aviv, that took place on July 7, 1981. The public is invited to "come sing under a starry Tel-Aviv sky" in a Kumsitz, the participation fee being 40 IS (Israeli Shekels). Kumsitz is  is a compound word in Yiddish/German composed of kom (come) and sitz (sit), used to describe a musical gathering where everyone sits together, be it on the floor or on chairs, and sings spiritually moving songs. To establish a certain ambiance the lighting is often low and candles are primarily used, or if taking place outdoors it is usually around a campfire.

The image drawn on the poster shows diverse people who are welcome to join and take part in this gathering, all holding hands and dancing in unity.
