On my poster, I drew a delicious falafel pita, with an Israeli flag planted inside, and next to it, a refreshing lemonade. I think my poster answers the question "What values does Israel represent today?" because falafel pita and lemonade are symbols of Israeli cuisine and hospitality. They represent the importance of food, sharing and togetherness in Israeli culture. The idea I expressed in my poster is that food is a central element of Israeli culture, and that it represents conviviality, sharing and the pleasure of living together. I wanted to show how Israel is a warm and welcoming country, where cuisine is a way of bringing people together. My inspiration was the Citrus commercial poster: When I saw this poster with the lemons, I immediately thought of the food and cuisine of Israel. In addition, during a celebration, it is always an opportunity to share a good meal.
