For my greeting card, I chose to revamp the flag of Israel with the geographical map in place of the Magen David and to multiply the blue bands. I added the yellow ribbon for the hostages held in Gaza and the Menora state symbol. Israel is the nation of the Jews. The message is one of of presence and hope. The Yom Ha'atzmaut 1955 poster inspired my design.
