Our piece of artwork shows different cultures and how they flourish in Israel and how their traditions and stuff they do inspire everyday life in Israel. We put things that show that create a Jewish culture in the Shuk. We put drawings of little shops and markets that one finds in the Shuk. The role that Israel plays in the Jewish world is that it brings all Jews together. You will find phones, yellow ribbon, Shabbat candles, etc. All of our items we put in our Shuk have meaning and most of them relate to us. For example the yellow ribbon shows that we want to bring back the hostages now. We also have the dove carrying an olive branch reminding us of the story of Noah’s ark. It shows we want peace and no more war. Travels to Israel
