Some of the major elements I put on my poster are the hamsa, the candles, olive branches, and the famous quotes. The reason I put the hamsa is because I have one in my house and I feel like it can protect us. Next, the reason I put the candles is to remember all the jews that got killed in the holocaust and hope that they never are forgotten. Next, I put the olive branches as a symbol of peace for the jewish state. Finally, I put the famous quotes because I find that they are important sayings for the jewish state and it has some of the most important jewish people that helped create Israel. Israel is the state that means that you can live there freely as a Jew and is the state that most of our jewish history happened in or at least around it. It means that jews all around the world can always visit and can practice Judaism in their own houses and synagogues. The message I am conveying in my poster is that Israel will never fall and will always fight for their country. Also I decided that with adding the quotes that it will show that Israel is strong and has had and still has strong leaders. The things that inspired me to put what I have on the posters are other people’s posters and how they showed the strength of Israel and how they put the olive branches for peace.
