In my poster, I included the Israeli flag to symbolize national pride and unity. The map of Israel shows the connection to the land and its importance in Jewish history. I also added a menorah to represent Jewish tradition and identity. These elements together express the meaning of Israel in Jewish life today. Israel is the spiritual and historical center of the Jewish people. It connects Jews to shared identity and traditions. For many, it’s part of their personal Jewish story. Today, Israel represents values like freedom, innovation, and Jewish unity. My poster conveys the strong connection between the Jewish people and the land of Israel. It shows that Israel is not just a place, but a symbol of identity, tradition, and hope for the future. The emblem of the State of Israel, featuring a menorah flanked by olive branches, inspired my poster design. This emblem symbolizes Israel's ancient heritage and aspirations for peace. Additionally, historical maps from the National Library of Israel highlighting the geographical significance of the land influenced my inclusion of Israel's map. These primary sources helped me incorporate symbols, identity, and values.
