In the poster, I chose to feature four Israeli teenagers waving national flags to symbolize youth leadership and national pride. They are dressed in green shirts, representing environmental awareness and activism. Behind them are floating islands planted with tall reeds, illustrating a real-world ecological solution for wetland restoration. The presence of water buffalo emphasizes harmony with nature and the biodiversity of the Kishon ecosystem. Together, these elements highlight the connection between youth, national identity, and environmental stewardship. My poster responds to the question “What values does Israel represent today?” by highlighting Israel’s commitment to environmental responsibility, innovation, and youth involvement. The teens waving flags show how young people in Israel are actively engaged in shaping a sustainable future, rooted in a deep connection to the land. The floating islands and native plants symbolize Israeli innovation in ecological restoration and the value of protecting natural resources. The presence of the water buffalo reflects respect for biodiversity and the balance between human activity and nature. Altogether, the poster presents Israel as a nation that values leadership, sustainability, and a hopeful future. The message of my poster is that Israel’s future depends on its youth taking active roles in protecting the environment and preserving its natural heritage. Through innovation, teamwork, and national pride, young people can lead meaningful change that reflects Israel’s core values of sustainability and responsibility.
