In the poster, we included Israeli flags, a couple of Magen Davids, and a stadium where a Yom Ha’atzmaut celebration is taking place, with many people celebrating. There are also a few food stands and some plants to make it look more aesthetic. Behind the stadium where the celebration is happening, there is the beautiful city of Tel Aviv. As you can see in the image, there is also a sign that says: “HAPPY YOM HA’ATZMAUT.” My poster summarizes Israel’s identity at 78 years through three main ideas: Innovation with Roots: The futuristic Magen David shows a country that leads global technology without letting go of its ancient heritage. Resilience and Sustainability: The vertical gardens integrated into the structure symbolize the value of making the desert bloom and the commitment to a greener future. Vibrant Unity: The crowd celebrating under the lights represents the *Kehilah* (community). Today, Israel is a meeting point where tradition and modernity embrace each other with joy and hope. This poster conveys the vibrant energy of an Israel that leads the future without losing its ancient essence. The message is one of unity and pride, showing a nation where cutting-edge technology and nature coexist in full celebration. It is a tribute to resilience and to the joy of a people who always choose to shine. We were inspired by the “11th Yom Ha’atzmaut Poster, 1959” because the people celebrating from their windows looked very joyful, and also because we felt that the poster wanted to represent happiness, peace, optimism, hope, freedom, and flourishing.
