My message  is simple - all roads lead to Israel. Sure, the saying refers to Rome, but be  it migrating birds like the hoopoe, fertile soil, sacred land to some, or  being the meeting point of three continents, Israel is an important place. I  learned about the hoopoe in kindergarten as a part of a play, and it still  strongly reminds me of Israel, far away but not 'exotic', just comforting and  fascinating.
